By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ticket Types &amp; Inclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. Ticket types available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conference Delegate<\/strong> (R2750 excl. VAT): Access to all speaker sessions, exhibition area, delegate pack, networking, lunch, beverages, and cocktail hour. <em>(31 October)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exhibition Visitors<\/strong>: Free access to the exhibition area (31 Oct).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. All tickets are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Pricing, VAT &amp; Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. All prices are displayed <strong>excluding VAT<\/strong>. VAT will be added during checkout.<br>2.2. Tickets must be paid in full via <strong>WooCommerce<\/strong> with <strong>Yoco secure checkout<\/strong> at the time of purchase.<br>2.3. A <strong>tax invoice<\/strong> will be issued via email and serves as proof of payment, your ticket and admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ticket Delivery &amp; Entry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Tickets are delivered as a <strong>PDF tax invoice<\/strong> via email. This document serves as your ticket.<br>3.2. No QR codes or physical tickets will be issued in advance.<br>3.3. Upon arrival at the event, attendees must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Present ID matching the name on the ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present their invoice (printed or digital)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect a name badge and lanyard at the manual registration desk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Transfers &amp; Substitutions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Tickets are <strong>transferable<\/strong> to another guest at no charge.<br>4.2. Written notice must be provided <strong>at least 7 days<\/strong> before the event to process a transfer.<br>4.3. No substitutions will be processed within 7 days of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation, Refunds &amp; No-Shows<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. <strong>No refunds<\/strong> will be issued for cancelled bookings.<br>5.2. Tickets may be <strong>credited toward a future Agora SA event<\/strong>, or <strong>transferred<\/strong> to another person (see clause 4).<br>5.3. <strong>No-shows<\/strong> without prior written notice forfeit 100% of the ticket value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. In the event of postponement or cancellation due to <strong>circumstances beyond the organisers\u2019 control<\/strong> (including but not limited to load-shedding, public unrest, or global health emergencies):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds will be issued<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ticket holders will be offered credit for a future event<br>6.2. The organisers are not liable for <strong>any travel or accommodation costs<\/strong> incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Age &amp; Guest Restrictions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. <strong>Conference and Gala Dinner<\/strong> are for guests aged <strong>18 and over<\/strong> only.<br>7.2. <strong>Children<\/strong> are permitted at the <strong>Exhibition<\/strong> only.<br>7.3. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Photography &amp; Media Consent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>8.1. Professional photography and videography will take place during Agora SA 2025.<br>8.2. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in future promotional content for Agora SA events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Liability &amp; Indemnity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>9.1. While all reasonable measures will be taken to ensure a safe event, the organisers are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal injury, illness, or death<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allergic reactions or dietary issues (dietary requirements MUST be specified at checkout)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lost, stolen, or damaged property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Costs incurred from transport, accommodation, or other third-party services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
